Terms & Conditions
Website and project inquiries
This website provides information about the outdoor living services of Unique Outdoor Spaces and a way to request contact. Submitting an inquiry does not book an appointment, establish a project price or schedule, or create a service agreement. Project scope, availability, pricing, and service terms require a separate agreement with the business.
Information you submit
Provide accurate contact information and information relevant to your project. Do not submit passwords, payment information, or other sensitive information through the inquiry form.
Optional text-message programs
The form offers two independent choices: informational messages about appointments and service updates, and promotional messages about offers and marketing. Both are optional, unchecked by default, and not a condition of purchase. Giving one type of consent does not give the other.
Frequency, charges, and opt-out
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Contact Unique Outdoor Spaces using the contact details below for messaging support. You may submit a project inquiry without agreeing to text messages.
Privacy
See our Privacy Policy for information about inquiry data and messaging preferences. Unique Outdoor Spaces does not sell your data to third parties.
